iPic Theaters Westchester at 1 Hamilton Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

This was our first time at iPic and at first it was going great, we got there early and had some drinks. About five minutes before we were allowed to go into the theater, we ordered popcorn. We walked in and found our seats, we got comfortable and chatted with the couple next to us, before the movie started of course. When the previews began my husband went to order nachos and a soda. He came back and we waited an hour after he ordered the nachos, he went back to ask what was taking so long and the girl at the counter said she forgot to put the order in, so he got a refund (thank goodness for the popcorn), although I was annoyed because I was hungry. Wait, that wasn’t the worst part, we couldn’t fully enjoy the movie because a couple got there late and we’re abnoxiously loud and complaining because they couldn’t find there seats. After that was figured out, they spent most of the movie talking loudly, complaining how bad they thought the movie was and became highly upset when people asked them to be quiet. I don’t think it’s that hard to be courteous and quiet during a movie. Being asked to be quiet just made them talk louder and complain more. Not sure all the money we spent was worth dealing with rude uneducated people. People also complained about the couple, including my husband to management and nothing was done. They spent money but so did we and they completely ruined the movie and our night.
