Dobbs Ferry Public Library at 55 Main Street, Dobbs Ferry, New York.

This is a lovely library with a variety of work spaces, including tables overlooking the Hudson River. The only major drawback is parking. There's almost always street parking, but be sure to stock up on quarters, as the library will not make change. It would not seem prohibitive to have a few rolls of quarters available so people who don't have enough can feed the meter (or troll up and down the street begging merchants for change-not fun)!
